Wednesday, November 25th, 2009I’m a 15 year old male, that gets angry fast, and for everything. And people at school always say that I always have a pissed off look, and I really have a strong hatred against my bad because of the way he is with my mom and me, and I just hate him.
And I always like using violence for everything. I really wanna stop getting angry for everything, or getting mad at everyone.
What can I do?
